Begin by striking both of your hands down and back along your opponent's legs. If his right foot is forward, you should be able to feel the outside of his right leg. (If he should have his right forearm around your throat, but his left foot forward, when you strike your hands back and downward, you should catch him in the groin.) (1) Keeping your knees bent and your center of gravity close to the ground, move your right foot straight back and close against your opponent's right foot. This should help place you back on balance. (2) Reach up with your hands as high as you can and try to grab his rear collar or his hair if it is long. At the same time you are reaching up to grab his rear collar or hair, pivot a quarter turn to your right so that you are lined up with your opponent's weak position. Make sure that you keep your knees bent at all times. (3) Once you are in position, bow from your waist and pull down with your hands. This motion should take your opponent to the ground and close to your feet. Right fter your opponent hits the ground, bring your right knee in and drop it violently onto your opponent's rib cage and break his ribs.
